Portales decides capital outlay priorities

PORTALES — The Portales City Council on Tuesday unanimously decided its priorities for capital outlay projects.

The projects were largely based off the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) the council approved at its Aug. 21 meeting.
