PORTALES — The city of Portales has scheduled a public hearing for 4 p.m. Jan. 7 to discuss its Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan.
No action will be taken at the hearing, scheduled for two hours at the Memorial Building.
Agenda items include a PowerPoint presentation on updates to the transition plan, a public comment and discussion period and a request for written comments from participants.
