Grant campaign in fourth year

Tractor Supply and FFA are partnering for their fourth-straight year in the Grants for Growing campaign, which offers funding to FFA chapters for development or improvement of a proposed agricultural product.

Agriculture educators are invited to submit a detailed proposal for a new or existing project that benefits both the larger community as well as future FFA members. Applicants must outline how the chapter will start, sustain or expand on the project.

Grants are paid through customer donations in store or online, with money staying in the state where it was raised. Last year’s campaign raised $830,000, given out among 271 grants.

Applications are accepted through Feb. 11.
