Non-varsity update

The Gattis seventh-grade Lady Cubs lost to Texico on Thursday, by a score of 25-15. Gattis’ leading scorer was Sofia Moreno with six points.

In the seventh-grade tourney hosted by Gattis, the 7th girls B team lost to Marshall A on Friday.

In the first game on Saturday morning the B team girls lost to Portales B by a score of 37-15. Scoring was Moreno with 6 points, Emily Kinkade and Trinity McCarty with 3 points each, Elizabeth Wymbs with 2 points and Aubrey Montano with 1 point.

In their third game of the tourney, the girls lost to Marshall B by a score of 20- 17. After being tied in regulation at 16, the Lady Cubs only scored 1 point, while giving up four points in overtime.
