CLOVIS — The city of Clovis reopened the intersection of Norris and Seventh streets on Friday, a few days ahead of the anticipated date of Monday.
Until signal lights are installed, traffic to the east of Norris along Seventh Street yields to all northbound and southbound traffic.
Seventh Street will remain closed between Maple and Norris streets for continued work.
