Water service repairs ongoing

PORTALES — City workers began water utility repairs Monday on University Drive, according to a release from the city.

Repairs to the water service will be ongoing throughout the week. Workers are attempting to limit water outages, but may disrupt some services for customers on University between Avenues A and I and Fifth Street.

Drivers are asked to watch for equipment and workers along the road.
