CLOVIS — The Curry County Clerk’s Office plans to extend hours for the acceptance of documents for recording, starting Monday.
County Clerk Annie Hogland said the current structure has the office accepting all documents starting at 8 a.m., and taking real estate documents until 4 p.m. and marriage licenses until 4:30.
Starting Monday, real estate documents will also be accepted until 4:30 p.m.
She said the change will simply provide consistent treatment of anybody submitting a document.
The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays with the exception of holiday closures.
