PORTALES — The Portales City Council has scheduled a special meeting for 9 a.m. Friday at the Memorial Building.
The meeting agenda includes only two action items:
• A resolution to declare a dangerous building at 201 N. Ave. I.
• Action on the property, either through an agreement with the landowner to abate the dangerous property or conditions, or an authorization to seek injunctive relief.
