Commissioners to consider infrastructure plan

PORTALES — Commissioners on Tuesday will consider a resolution to adopt Roosevelt County's 2021-2025 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan as well as one for the senior center.

On the agenda for Tuesday's regular commission meeting are resolutions on the 2021-2025 ICIP and an ICIP for the Roosevelt County Senior Center, operated by La Casa de Buena Salud.

Also on the agenda for the meeting, 9 a.m. in the county courthouse:

• Report from road viewer committee on South Roosevelt Road 9 and consideration of road closure for two miles north of SRR 21 on SRR AL.

• Request to approve a notice of intent pertaining to collective bargaining for the county.

• Consideration of agreement with La Casa De Buena Salud to procure a new van, appropriated from the state aging and long-term services division, for county seniors.
