Seventh-grader Cubs tie 8-8 against Marshall

The Gattis seventh-grade football team ended Tuesday’s game against Marshall with an 8-8 tie.

Mason Greathouse scored the lone touchdown for the Cubs, while Hayden Harris added the two-point conversion.

The tie puts the Gattis record at 1-0-1. They’re in action again 4 p.m. Tuesday in Portales.
