House Municipal Schools General Obligation Bond

Shall the Board of Education of the Gredy Municipal School District ... be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the District, in one series or more, for the purpose of erecting, remodeling, making additions to and furnishing school buildings, purchasing or improving school grounds, purchasing computer software and hardware for student use in public schools, providing matching funds for capital outlay projects funded pursuant to the Public School Capital Outlay Act, or any combination of these purposes, said bonds to be payable from general (ad volrem) taxes and to be issued and sold at such time or times upon such terms and conditions as the Board may determine?

Portales School Buildings Tax Act

Shall the Portales Municipal School District No. 1 impose a property tax levy of $1.25 per each $1,000 of net taxable value of property allocated to the Portales Municipal School District No. 1 for the property tax years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 for the purposes of erecting, remodeling, making additions to and furnishing school buildings, payments made pursuant to a financing agreement entered into by a school district or a charter school for the leasing of a building or other real property with an option to purchase for a price that is reduced according to payments made, purchasing or improving school grounds, purchasing activity vehicles for transporting students to and from extracurricular school activities, administering the projects undertaken pursuant to (this question), including expenditures for facility maintenance software, project oversight and district personnel specifically related to administration of projects funding by the Public School Buildings Act; provided that expenditures pursuant to this subsection shall not exceed 5% of the total project costs and purchasing and installing education technology improvements, excluding salary expenses of school district employees, but including tools used in the educational process that constitute learning and administrative resources?
