Yucca tops Gattis seventh-graders

The Yucca seventh-grade boys hosted Gattis Tuesday night and won by a score of 38-23.

Yucca took control with a 10-3 first quarter, and improved to 5-0 on the season.

Cameron Millow scored 13 to lead the Chaps and went 3-of-4 from the free-throw line. Cole Cabeldue leads the Chaps in scoring at 9.9 points per game.

Gattis’ leading scorer was Kalil Torres-Pierre with16 points. The Cubs fell to 3-3 on the season, and host Marshall 5:45 p.m. Monday.
