PORTALES — Beginning Monday, the Portales office of the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division will be located at 1601 S. Ave. D, according to a release from the New Mexico Department of Revenue and Taxation.
Tuesday was the final day of operations at the MVD office at 1410 S. Ave. O.
An MVD mobile unit will be available at the new location from Monday through Wednesday. The new Avenue D office will open 8 a.m. Feb. 6.
Customers can conduct transactions in the interim at mvd.newmexico.gov or the Clovis field office at 814 W. Sixth St.
