Board to decide on calendar

CLOVIS — The Clovis Municipal Schools Board of Education will make its final decision on the 2020-21 calendar when it meets Tuesday night in regular session.

The 5:30 p.m. meeting at the CMS administrative building will cover various items on policy revision and department reports.

Agenda items include:

• A review of the district’s 2018-19 audit from Jaramillo Accounting Group.

• Travel requests from the Clovis High wind symphony and ROTC programs.

• A suggested revision to organize school board officer slates to coincide with fiscal years instead of calendar years.

• Disposal of roughly 40 technology items, mostly printers, that either can’t be repaired or are obsolete. The items will be taken by a recycling company.
