Water authority to review audit report

CLOVIS — The Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority will review its annual audit report and consider a pair of easement agreements when it meets Thursday afternoon.

The 3 p.m. meeting at the Sitterly Professional Center will also cover updates to the authority’s purchasing policies and procedures manual and its financial management and procurement policies and procedures.

Other items on the agenda include:

• A resolution to finalize a loan/grant agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority.

• Regular reports from the chair, administration, construction and federal and state consultants.
