SANTA FE — Two more Curry County residents have tested positive for COVID-19, the New Mexico Department of Health announced on Sunday.
No additional information was provided. It brings the total number of positive tests in Curry County to three. One Portales resident has tested positive according to state health officials.
The state on Sunday announced 29 new positive tests, from nine counties.
New Mexico now has 237 positive tests for COVID-19, according to a DOH news release.
The number of deaths in the state related to COVID-19 is two — a man in his 80s in Bernalillo County and a man in his 70s in Artesia.
Sunday's release also said there are 22 individuals hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19.
