PORTALES — The Roosevelt County Commission will canvass results from the Tuesday primary election when it meets Monday morning at the Roosevelt County Courthouse.
The 9 a.m. meeting will be held at the courthouse’s main courtroom. Public attendance is limited to 20 due to restrictions on public gatherings, and will be streamed at:

Public comments may be submitted to County Manager Amber Hamilton at [email protected] prior to the meeting.
Other agenda items include:
• A pair of resolutions to participate in the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s Local Government Road Fund Program.
• A request to change signatory officials for a Roosevelt County Detention Center detainee bank account. The account at JP Stone Community Bank currently includes Mickie Algire and Rita Hill as signatory officials, and the request would replace them with Victoria Ramos and Beatriz Jasmin Juarez.
• A $5,000 professional services agreement with Vandelay Solutions for technical assistance and training for the county clerk’s office.
• A software agreement with Guardian RFID for the county detention center.
• Appointment of road viewers for South Roosevelt Road 30 1/2 from SRR AK going two miles east.
