CLOVIS — The Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority will discuss possible establishment of a groundwater development committee when it meets Thursday.

Other items on the Thursday agenda include:
• Two separate items for easement agreements for Finished Water 3 construction, and a resolution pledging matching funds for the project.
• Consideration of a Ute Reservoir water reservation contract with the Ute Water Commission.
• An executive session to discuss real estate acquisition or disposal and threatened or pending litigation.
• A resolution required as part of the state’s Open Meetings Act. The authority has traditionally scheduled meetings for the fourth Thursday of each month.
