Tuesday: Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower, dinner roll w/margarine, tapioca pudding

Wednesday: Chicken strips, loaded mashed potatoes, cream gravy, seasoned green beans, biscuit w/margarine, pears

Thursday: Beef lasagna, green beans, garlic toast, sugar cookie

Friday: Roast pork w/gravy, baked sweet potatoes, black-eye peas, cornbread w/margarine, chocolate chip cookie
