• Roosevelt County Christmas “Reverse” Light Parade — 6-7 p.m., Portales. Floats will be lined up from Abilene south past City Park back to Third on Chicago past the soccer field. Floats will not move; visitors are invited to drive past them, following COVID safe practices.

Roosevelt County test site: “home side” of parking lot, ENMU Stadium, 1751 W. University Drive, Portales. Drive-thru clinics with self-administered tests supervised by medical personnel from the New Mexico Department of Health and Human Services and the National Guard. Confirm event dates and register online at https://www.doineedacovid19test.com/. If you receive an appointment, you must print and bring your test voucher with you.
