Paver orders being accepted

PORTALES — The Roosevelt County War Memorial Committee is accepting walkway paver orders in advance of Memorial Day, with an order cutoff of noon May 17.

The walkway portion of the memorial honors all veterans, with monument stones honoring the county’s war dead. Pavers are $125 each and include up to five lines of 20 or fewer characters per line.

Order forms are available at the news tab of portales.com. The form, with a check made to Roosevelt County War Memorial, can be dropped off or sent to the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce at 100 S. Ave. A, Portales, NM 88130.
