Fifteen teams competing in a 24-hour smoking with results served to the public beginning at 5 p.m. outside the Jake Lopez Building. Tasting tickets $15 per person includes samples from all teams as well as a beverage. Sponsored by Coach J’s BBQ and RC-Q (Roosevelt County Barbecue). All proceeds benefit Roosevelt County Relay for Life and United Way of Eastern New Mexico.
