Curry County Association of Educational Retirees

After a brief description of her background, Ms. Traci Franklin, owner of Traci’s Greenhouse, gave CCAER listeners some gardening tips in caring for a variety of trees, flowers, lawns, and vegetables. Now is the time to trim trees and bushes as well as applying fertilizer. Watering is essential to all growing plant life, particularly in our area. Traci also spoke of the Café Mission addition, and catering service her business provides. Following the presentation, questions were taken from the floor.

Our next CCAER Meeting will be April 5. The speaker will be Sherri Best.

CCAER meets the first Tuesday of the month at K-Bob’s Restaurant at 11 a.m.
