A Farwell man died Wednesday night in a one vehicle accident on Stateline Rd.
According to a news release from Curry County Sheriff Wesley Waller Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. Curry County sheriff’s deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on NM 348 just north of Curry Road 7.
An investigation determined that a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by Marcos Castro-Chich, 27 of Farwell, was traveling south on NM 348 when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.
Castro-Chich died at the scene from injuries sustained during the crash. Castro-Chich was the sole occupant in the vehicle.
