Tuesday: Breakfast: Frudel, Lunch: Tacos, salsa, lettuce and tomato, Spanish rice, pinto beans, applesauce, or (grades 6 to 12) corn dog or cheeseburger and fries.
Wednesday: Breakfast: Cinnamon roll. Lunch: Meatball sub, baked French fries, sliced cucumber, ranch dressing, chilled fresh fruit, or (grades 6 to 12) deli or chili dog and fries.
Thursday and Friday, Fair holiday.
Portales
Monday: Breakfast: Cheese-filled bread stick, fruit cup, juice. Lunch: Chicken sandwich, fries, broccoli, mixed fruit. or (grades 7-12) spaghetti, green beans, breadsticks, mixed fruit.
Tuesday: Breakfast: Cake doughnut, applesauce, juice. Lunch: Pizza, broccoli, carrots, peaches or beef and potato burrito, pinto beans, salad with tomato, peaches.
Wednesday: Breakfast: Muffin, sliced apples, juice. Lunch: Hamburger, baked beans, lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit, or (grades 7-12), Asian chicken, rice, broccoli and carrots, pineapple, cookie.
Thursday: Breakfast: Eggstravaganza burrito, banana, juice. Lunch: Steak fingers, mashed potato and gravy, cucumbers, roll, pears or (grades 7-12) grilled ham and cheese sandwich, fries, cucumbers, pears.
