The Cannabis Control Division of the state’s Regulation and Licensing Department has released marijuana sales figures for August 2022.
Total adult-use recreational sales in eastern New Mexico municipalities in August: Clovis, $1.11 million; Portales, $337,248; Hobbs, $1.65 million; Tucumcari $356,000; Clayton, $170,152; Texico, $78,005; Tatum, $70,698; Fort Sumner, $38,077; Logan, $18,000 and Lovington, $8,599.
The state’s population centers of Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Las Cruces saw the highest sales numbers.
