Boards, committees look to fill vacancies

The City of Clovis is seeking a utility representative (i.e. gas, electric, water & telecommunications) to serve on the Economic Incentive Board (EIB).

The City of Clovis also has one vacancy on the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Committee for a representative from an association that uses the parks. Applications for both openings will be received until 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 9.

In Portales the Roosevelt County Chamber’s nominating committee is accepting nominations (as well as self-nomination) for the Chamber Board of Directors.

The term is three years and the nominees should own or be employed by a chamber member in good standing.
