Portales seeks community input

Portales is asking for community input as the city is updating its comprehensive plan.

According to a news release from the city administration, the comprehensive plan will guide decisions about city priorities in years to come.

The tool the city is using is the community survey.

According to the news release the survey is used to better understand “the hopes and priorities that residents, students, families and local business owners have for their community.”

Portales administrators are also asking city residents to help spread the word by sharing information about the survey with neighbors, appropriate representatives, your board or within any appropriate communication (such as a newsletter, community board, eblast or on social media) that your organization publishes.
