Family medicine provider Marielle Opeña joins RGH clinic

According to a news release from the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce a Family Medicine provider has joined the Roosevelt General Hospital Clinic.

Marielle Opeña graduated from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces with clinical rotations in eastern New Mexico.

Opeña returns to New Mexico to practice after completing a full spectrum of family medicine residency in Maine, according to the release.

Opeña’s interests are rural medicine, women's health, chronic management and treating patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Opeña is accepting new patients, according to the release.
