Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
Music and a little theater are in the lineup for Clovis Community College’s Cultural Arts Series 2023-24 season, which begins Sept. 23 according to a news release from the Clovis-Curry County Chamber of Commerce..
The lineup includes six new acts and one returning musical group and CCC Cultural Arts organization’s own version of “A Christmas Carol, according to the press release.
Here are the dates and times of the shows for of the season lineup:
• “The FABBA Show - A Tribute to ABBA:” 7 p.m. Sept. 23, Marshall Auditorium, 100 Commerce Way, Clovis.
• The Villalobos Brothers: 7 p.m. Oct. 19, Marshall Auditorium.
• Anderson Quartet: 7 p.m. Nov. 11, Norman and Vi Petty Performing Arts Center, 206 Main Street, Clovis.
• “A Christmas Carol:” 7 p.m. Dec. 15, Norman and Vi Petty Performing Arts Center.
• Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience: 7 p.m. Jan. 30, Norman and Vi Petty Performing Arts Center.
• Masters of Soul : 7 p.m. Feb. 13, Marshall Auditorium.
• Doox of Yale: 7 p.m. March 14, Marshall Auditorium.
• Mark Nizer 4D Theater: 7 p.m. April 6, Marshall Auditorium.
According to the news release, season ticket holders will get priority seating to every show and receive an extra five tickets to any performance at the Marshall Auditorium. Season tickets also include an additional two tickets to “A Christmas Carol” according to the release. Guests who are season ticket holders will also have additional tickets to other shows for 25% off the general admission.
Tickets can be purchased now for “The FABBA Show” through the CCC Cashiers’ window on campus. According to the release, tickets can be purchased with cash, credit, check or by calling 575-769-4031. Tickets are also available at the box office for cash and check only.
