Little Miss Merry Christmas Contest begins Nov. 2

Portales’ annual Little Miss Merry Christmas Contest kicks off next month.

All contestants must attend an information meeting at the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce, 100 S. Avenue A, at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 2.
