A lease has been recorded for an Ulta Beauty store to locate at the North Plains Mall, according to Curry County Clerk Annie Hogland.
Hogland provided copies of two documents recorded in her office Jan. 18 of an agreement between North Plains Mall and Ulta Salon, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Inc., the company’s corporate name.
The agreement is for 10 years.
Information on when the store would open and its exact location in the mall was unavailable.
