Today’s program was presented by Margaret Hinchee, director of the Clovis-Carver Public Library.
She began with a fact-filled trivia quiz titled “How much do you know about the Clovis-Carver Library?”
We found out many of us had forgotten what we knew about our long-standing library. But we quickly became experts.
Our library was established in 1911 and has had many upgrades and improvements throughout the years. Hinchee relayed many facts about the library and encouraged each of us to take advantage of the many clubs, meeting rooms, and materials available.
CCAER meets the first Tuesday of the month at K-Bob’s Restaurant at 11 a.m. for lunch; 11:30 for the meeting.
Our next meeting is scheduled for March 5.
