Obituary: Allen Edwards

Allen Edwards age 83 Long time resident of Broadview NM, passed away on Sunday February 25, 2024, in Farwell, Texas following an extended illness.

Allen was born November 18, 1940, in Artesia, New Mexico to Gordon and Ruthl Edwards. He had been a rancher.

Surviving Allen are his children – Tracy Fallis & William, Wade Edwards and Michell, Robin Lopez, and Dawn Acy & Desmar. Numerous grand and great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings Danny Edwards, Bobbie Evans and Billie Hicks He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Lou Edwards, by his parents Gordon and Ruthl Edwards and by brother Gary Edwards.

Graveside services celebrating his life will be Friday March 1, 2024, in the Quay Cemetery at Quay New Mexico Beginning at 10:00 AM with Pastor Carl Hahn officiating. Grandsons will serve as pall bearers.
