New food truck, new flavors

Rinconcito Mexico is a new food truck in Clovis.

Owners Barbara Nava and her husband Carlos Rosas have set up the truck just off the corner of North Prince Street and Commerce Way behind Optical Source.

Nava says Rinconcito Mexico’s specialties are their tortas, tacos and flautas.

“Our tortas are huge. A favorite is our Torta Cubana: Four kinds of meat, an egg, it’s huge,” Nava said.

Another specialty is Rinconcito Mexico’s flavors.

“They are straight from Mexico City,” Nava said.

Nava and Rosas are originally from Mexico City.
