La Fiesta restaurant at Fifth and Main streets in downtown Clovis officially opened with a ribbon cutting last Wednesday hosted by Clovis MainStreet.
“La Fiesta is owned and operated by Rudolfo and Irene Gonzales. The Gonzales’ have come to Clovis from Mexicali in the Mexican state of Baja,” Dominique Chairez said. Chairez is on the board of Clovis MainStreet.
Chairez described the restaurant as “family oriented, faith oriented and home style.”
“It’s got its own Baja California spin. The little gem on their menu are the mariscos, seafood,” Chairez said.
