Obituary: Edwina Miller

Edwina Miller, age 73, of Rio Rancho, NM passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024.

Edwina was born in Clovis, NM on Monday, January 1, 1951, to the parents; Victoriano Fajardo and Casianita "Annie" Fajardo.

She married Scott Miller on December 23, 1969, they settled in Clovis, NM and had two daughters: Michelle L. Miller Grimes and Leslie D. San Juan.

She attended school in Clovis, NM.

Her greatest joy in life was being a wife to her wonderful husband, Scott, a mother to 2 fabulous daughters, a grandmother to 5 wonderful grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to 3 precious great-grandchildren. Family was her life!

She is preceded in death by her daddy and mama; Victoriano and Casianita Fajardo, daughter; Michelle Grimes, two sisters; Patsy Stone, Frances Moreno, and one brother; George Fajardo.

Edwina is survived by her husband of 55 years, Scott L. Miller, a wonderful and special daughter; Leslie San Juan (Abraham San Juan), 5 grandchildren; Twaune Grimes (Angela & Harmani), RubyLynn Grimes (Nate), Isabella San Juan (Alex, Jaden & Anisa), A.B. San Juan, Abegail San Juan, 3 brothers; Jim Fajardo (Neva), Bob Fajardo (Roberta), David Fajardo (Gloria), many loved nieces, nephews and special people held close to her heart.

Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024; 2:30 p.m. at Vision City Church, 2900 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
