Xcel Energy has announced it is offering payment options and billing help for customers with high summer bills.
According to a news release from Xcel, electricity costs for Xcel Energy’s New Mexico and Texas customers have dropped in recent months, but customers who used more electricity than expected during recent heat waves have options for paying their bills.
Adrian J. Rodriguez, president, Xcel Energy – New Mexico, Texas said, “Our customer care representatives are available to discuss these bills and can provide options that will help customers manage their payments without falling behind.”
According to the release, the company offers pay arrangements on a case-by-case basis, allowing customers to pay over time should they need to.
