Four puppies were tossed in a dumpster on Clovis' Hickory Street on Tuesday, police said. One puppy was found dead.
Clovis police are investigating an animal cruelty complaint after newborn puppies were tossed in a dumpster in the 300 block of Hickory Street just after noon on Tuesday.
