Monday: Taco salad with seasoned meat, tortilla chips, Romain lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, calabicitas, tomato and onion salad, strawberries, sugar free Angel food cake.

Tuesday: chicken salad with diced chicken, 2 slices wheat bread, lettuce, cold peas, cucumber tomato salad, sugar free gelatin and fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Beef fajita with peppers and onions, flour tortilla, salsa, black beans, cilantro, lime, brown rice, diced mango.

Thursday: Fish sandwich w/ tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, baked French fries, vegetable medley, banana.

Friday: Frito pie w/pinto beans, corn chips, beef,lettuce, tomato, onion, Spanish slaw, strawberries.
