Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
Feeling stressed?
“In recognition of International Stress Awareness Week, the Curry County Substance Use & Behavioral Health Program invites the community to make their own stress ball,” the county stated Monday in a news release.
“According to the American Psychological Association (APA), 74% of people in the United States are reportedly unable to cope with the levels of stress in their lives.”
So county officials have invited residents to visit the Curry County Administration Office at 417 Gidding Street, Suite 100, to pick up a stress ball kit through Friday.
The kits are free and include materials and instructions necessary to assemble a stress ball.
