New variety business opens in Clovis

A new store has opened in downtown Clovis on the southwest corner of Sixth and Main Streets.

“Vickie & Friendz Bend The Trend” is operated by Vickie Marin of Clovis.

“It’s got everything, it’s a variety store.” Marin said Monday.

The store’s opening day was Friday.

“We have El Gaucho’s beef jerky, chef quality cookware, home décor and furniture, an extensive amount of jewelry handmade and not,” Marin said.

Marin has her own setup but is also offering booth rental for other entrepreneurs.

“We are open Wednesday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
